OH SHI-

an album is in the works... more on this later.

Millions is... loud. Distortion spewing from every direction, dual guitars wail and churn with speed and power. Three singers wreak havoc on the unsuspecting, racing against their own self-destructive tendencies. It's an onslaught of growled aggression, and an explosive rhythm section that pulls it all together.

At the core, guitar players Scott Flaster (Small Brown Bike, Gasoline Fight) and Corey Lyons (Bodyhammer), often seemingly at odds with each other creating sounds that vary from crushing dropped chords to ear piercing harmonics. Bassist Mark Konwinski (Renegades) supplies the snarling low end which combined with Patrick O'Shea's (Cobretti) rock solid drumming, make sense of what should be but isn't, an unholy mess of noise.

With the release of the "Telephone Game" EP, Millions have begun to carve a comfy niche for themselves between King Crimson's "Red" and Husker Du's "Everything Falls Apart." Throw in an extensive upbringing of the AmREP back catalog and you have the whiskey soaked intensity of Millions.

"Wildly energetic. This is a debut that feels overdue yet will remain relevant long after indie rock catches up to it. Technically mature but flagrantly unbridled, this music is comfortably seeded among that of it's middle-america predecessors, and just now germinating after years of dormancy. Millions is a clear affirmation of the power of youth and the principal of self-reliance."
